Hickory Ridge, October 2nd Fall Festival
Our Annual Fall Festival is just a month away. October is a colorful time to take a scenic drive to Hickory Ridge. If you have never been to the festival come check it out, each year it gets better. Plan on entering the Apple Pie contest and stop in for some great arts, crafts, food, music and more. Looking for a hand made gift or the perfect "Country Get-Away?" Look no further, Hickory Ridge is situated in the rolling hills of southeastern Ohio in a culture rich in art and scenic beauty. Shop the ridge and find the perfect gift. Be sure to check out our rental cabins for the best stargazing in Ohio. This Summer Kathy at Artisan Barn is offering Saturday Art classes, and Randy has a new secluded house rental,. Support the local economy and buy hand-made and home-grown products from Morgan County artisans. Hickory Ridge is located just 5 miles west of McConnelsville and 11 miles east of Burr Oak State Park, on state route 78. Just watch for the big Hickory Ridge sign. Mark your calendars for the annual Hickory Ridge Fall Festival, the first Saturday in October. This years festival is Oct 2nd 2010 from 9am to 5pm, thanks for making the 2009 fall festival a success. We have reviewed the surveys and are planning some updates and changes for 2010, plan on joining us for our fabulous fall festival. We are expanding to Friday night Oct 1st, with a costume contest for you and your pet, check back soon for details.
